The 33-year-old left-back has been a key player for
the Ligue 1 champions and is set to sign a year's extension, but Gregory
van der Wiel is yet to reach an agreement with the club
The Brazilian left-back admitted in July that he could be in his final season with PSG, however, he has been involved heavily for the club this term, featuring in 18 Ligue 1 games as well as playing every minute of Champions League football so far.
And Raiola reveals the 33-year-old is set to stay on for another year, having reached an agreement with Laurent Blanc's side.
"We have reached an agreement for another season, until 2016," the agent told Le Parisien. "All we need to do is confirm the agreement in writing."
Van der Wiel's current deal expires in June 2016 and Raiola says he believes he will eventually commit to a new contract, but admits the two parties are not on the same wavelength at the moment.
"It's taking time to reach an agreement, but I'm optimistic," he added.
