The forward is aware of the importance of every point
as they pursue Atletico Madrid at La Liga's summit while fending off
third-placed Real Madrid
The 3-2 loss at Camp Nou saw Gerardo Martino's men concede the top spot in La Liga to Atletico Madrid, with Real Madrid going level with them on points.
Pedro, 26, has stressed how vital it is that the Blaugrana build on their midweek Copa del Rey semi-final first-leg win by banishing last weekend's league blues by claiming all three points in Seville.
"This game is of utmost importance," the Spain international told reporters. "We have a lot to play for.
"There is very little margin for error between now and the end of the season, we practically can’t afford to make any mistakes.
“The Valencia defeat was a tough blow for us, but we need to look ahead. We’ll be trying not to drop any more points because any mistakes will be well punished.
"We’ll be doing all we can to ensure that things go to plan, but sometimes things work out better and sometimes they work out worse than you hope."
Barca's clash with Sevilla kicks off at 21:00CET on Sunday.
