The former Gunners captain says it would be "amazing" if Arsene Wenger's men beat Manchester City and Chelsea to the title
Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas insists Arsenal will need to be consistent in order to win the Premier League this season.
Arsene Wenger’s side currently sit at the top of the table, two points ahead of Manchester City with 14 matches remaining.
The Gunners still have all of the sides in the top eight left to play and face a trip to Liverpool on Saturday, but Fabregas has praised his former club’s level of performance this season.
“I watch every game of Arsenal’s,” Fabregas told Daily Mail. “I am very happy how they are playing, they have a strong squad, they are top of the league.
“I cannot wait to see if they can lift the trophy finally. It would be amazing, they need to be very consistent between now and the end of the season.”
