Extra Time: Hull to auction off Huddlestone's hair

Hull City are to auction off some of Tom Huddleston's hair after the midfielder struck his first goal since deciding to grow it for charity.

The former Tottenham playmaker set up a page designed to raise funds for Cancer Research and chose not to have a haircut until he had ended a goal drought dating back to October 2011.

Huddlestone thought he was finally due a trip to the barbers at the beginning of December when his shot deflected home in the 3-1 win over Liverpool, but the goal was later adjudged to be a Martin Skrtel own goal.

But he celebrated his 27th birthday by scoring the fourth in his side's 6-0 rout of Fulham, with a member of Hull's backroom staff giving the player a trim at the touchline in a memorable goal celebration.
