From Pirlo to Klose - the Serie A stars whose contracts expire in 2014

A host of big-name stars could leave their clubs for nothing come the end of the season, so Dailyspotsnews gives you the full list of players who can talk to other clubs from January 1

With the end of every year comes the prospect of a fresh new start in the 12 months to come, and many footballers will get the chance in January to tee themselves up for a brand new beginning in 2014.

The Bosman rule allows those players whose current contract expires in the summer to speak with new clubs come January 1 in a bid to secure a pre-contract agreement ahead of a July move.

Serie A could well see its fair share of such moves, with a great number of players currently on expiring contracts. Among them are star names including Andrea Pirlo, Diego Milito, Miroslav Klose and David Pizarro.
